What is a SIP trunk and its importance?
SIP, the primary communication protocol for IP phone systems, serves as the backbone of modern telephony. Compared to traditional digital phone transmission methods like PRI, SIP trunks provide enhanced reliability and flexibility, enabling the utilization of multiple internet connections for optimal performance.

How to Connect Your Own System to Voipnologie?

-
You are not sure if the number is active.
-
You would like to lower expenses on call-center operators’ salaries.
The simplest and quickest method, compatible with all equipment types, involves registering and copying the connection data from the Settings/SIP Connection section. Setup instructions for popular hardware equipment and software settings are available on the website. This connection is suitable for systems of all sizes, but there's a limitation: only one CallerID (the purchased phone number displayed in Call Line Identification) can be utilized per connection for outgoing calls.
For those seeking to reduce expenses on call-center operators' salaries, this method is ideal for large call centers and VoIP providers. It permits the transfer of any number of connected numbers as CallerID. A fixed external IP address is mandatory for this connection type. Additional information about IP authorization setup can be found in the "FAQ" section. Moreover, it's possible to route incoming calls from virtual phone numbers to your server's IP, directing calls to SIP URI.
