These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Voipnologie LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of VoipAnalytics ("Service"). By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
VoipAnalytics is a cloud-based business analytics platform that allows users to track projects, revenues, and expenses. The Service is offered under the following plans:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use VoipAnalytics. You are responsible for:

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into VoipAnalytics. By using the Service, you grant Voipnologie LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell or share your business data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Free Plan is subject to usage limits including, but not limited to, the number of projects, earnings entries, and expenses that can be created. Voipnologie LLC reserves the right to adjust Free Plan limits at any time. Exceeding limits may require upgrading to the Pro Plan.
The Pro Plan is billed at $19 USD per month. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.
All intellectual property rights in VoipAnalytics — including the software, design, trademarks, and content created by Voipnologie LLC — are owned by Voipnologie LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voipnologie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voipnologie LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration, before pursuing any other legal remedy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Vous conservez la pleine propriété de toutes les données commerciales que vous saisissez dans VoipAnalytics. En utilisant le Service, vous accordez à Voipnologie LLC une licence limitée et non exclusive pour stocker, traiter et afficher vos données uniquement dans le but de vous fournir le Service.
Nous ne vendons ni ne partageons vos données commerciales avec des tiers, sauf comme décrit dans notre Politique de Confidentialité.
Le Plan Gratuit est soumis à des limites d'utilisation incluant, sans s'y limiter, le nombre de projets, d'entrées de revenus et de dépenses pouvant être créés. Voipnologie LLC se réserve le droit d'ajuster les limites du Plan Gratuit à tout moment. Le dépassement des limites peut nécessiter une mise à niveau vers le Plan Pro.
Le Plan Pro est facturé à 19 USD par mois. Le paiement est traité de manière sécurisée par notre prestataire de paiement. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement chaque mois, sauf annulation. Vous pouvez annuler à tout moment ; l'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Aucun remboursement partiel du mois n'est effectué, sauf si requis par la loi.
Tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle dans VoipAnalytics — y compris le logiciel, la conception, les marques et le contenu créé par Voipnologie LLC — sont la propriété de Voipnologie LLC. Ces Conditions ne vous accordent aucun droit d'utiliser nos marques, logos ou éléments de marque sans autorisation écrite préalable.
Le Service est fourni "TEL QUEL" et "TEL QUE DISPONIBLE" sans garanties d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons pas que le Service sera ininterrompu, exempt d'erreurs ou de composants nuisibles. L'utilisation du Service est à vos propres risques.
Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi applicable, Voipnologie LLC ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs découlant de votre utilisation ou de votre incapacité à utiliser le Service, y compris la perte de profits, de données ou d'opportunités commerciales.
Notre responsabilité totale pour toute réclamation découlant du Service ne dépassera pas le montant que vous nous avez payé au cours des 3 mois précédant la réclamation.
Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de dégager de toute responsabilité Voipnologie LLC, ses dirigeants, employés et agents contre toute réclamation, dommage ou dépense (y compris les honoraires d'avocat raisonnables) découlant de votre utilisation du Service, de votre violation de ces Conditions ou de votre violation des droits de tiers.
Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre compte à tout moment en cas de violation de ces Conditions. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment en contactant [email protected]. Après résiliation, votre droit d'utiliser le Service cesse immédiatement et nous pouvons supprimer vos données après une période de conservation raisonnable.
Ces Conditions sont régies et interprétées conformément au droit applicable. Tout litige sera résolu par une négociation de bonne foi, et si nécessaire, par arbitrage contraignant, avant de recourir à tout autre recours juridique.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. Nous vous informerons des modifications importantes par e-mail ou en affichant un avis dans l'application. L'utilisation continue du Service après les modifications constitue une acceptation des Conditions mises à jour.
